  This is a partial list of U.N. medals, outside of the Peace Medal and FAO series, mostly through eBAY offerings.
 This list is not intended to be exhaustive.

   A number of these medals were were issued as part of annual collections of First Day Covers, each with an accompanying stamp and cancelled on the day of issue. These issues share a common reverse, with only the date changing.

1976 - Five Medals
1976 to 1983- Medals of the World - 1 1/4" Silver - With stamp and cancellation of Host country
    - These have been appearing piecemeal one at a time on eBay.
 I have finally heard from  a collector who has the entire series of 144 medals, who was kind enough
to transcribe this  list for me.

   These were 1/2 ounce medals issued with first day cover stamps the covers, 2 at a time each for $25 plus $1 tax.
Oriiginally planned to be issued in 72 months, but extended as not all countires cooperated with the schedule.

  The single set that  has been reported to me  is contained in a specifically designed box, "leather" bound, provided by Franklin mint,
(price included with purchase of the covers.)
